MI Muhammadiyah Gading II adalah sebuah madrasah ibtidaiyah Islam yang telah berdiri sejak 1969, berakreditasi A, dan dikelola oleh Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah Gading. Terletak di lingkungan Gading Sawahan, Belang Wetan, Kab. Klaten, sekolah ini berada di tengah komunitas pendidikan Muhammadiyah yang erat. Lingkungannya dikelilingi oleh beberapa sekolah dasar Muhammadiyah lainnya dan mudah diakses oleh warga setempat.
